Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an order or stop hearing from us.

We are completing our business registration. Full legal entity details, registered address and GSTIN will be published on this page as soon as they are issued. Until then hello@humansintheloop.in is the address of record for every notice, question, refund request and grievance, and we answer from it within 3 working days.
Cancelling a capsule purchase
A capsule is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring payment to cancel and nothing renews. Buying once never signs you up for anything ongoing.
Because delivery is instant, "cancelling" a capsule and refunding it are the same act:
- Before you open the claim link — email hello@humansintheloop.in within 7 days and we cancel the order and refund you in full. See the Refund Policy.
- After you open the claim link — the material has been delivered and the order cannot be cancelled, except in the situations listed under "When we refund even outside that rule" in the Refund Policy.
Payments that did not complete
If a payment failed or you closed the checkout window, no order is created and there is nothing to cancel. If money left your account anyway, it is an authorisation that was never captured and your bank releases it — normally within 5–7 working days. If it has not cleared after that, email hello@humansintheloop.in with the date and amount and we will chase it with Razorpay.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if we cannot deliver it, if it was placed fraudulently, or if a pricing error was obvious. We will always tell you why. If we withdraw a capsule from sale, anyone who already bought it keeps their access — we do not revoke material you paid for.
Cohorts and other programmes
Mentor-led cohorts are not on sale yet. When they open, they will have their own cancellation terms covering deferral and withdrawal, published before any enrolment is taken. Nothing on this page commits you to a cohort.
Emails
We send transactional email only — your booklet, your claim link, your receipt. If you would rather not hear from us at all, email hello@humansintheloop.in and we will remove you; note that this also means we cannot re-send a booklet you lose.
Deleting your data
Cancelling an order is not the same as erasing your data. To have your personal data deleted, see "Your rights" in the Privacy Policy.
