The agreement between you and Humans in the Loop when you buy or use anything on this site.

Who you are buying from. Humans in the Loop, an applied-AI education service operated from Kerala, India. Contact: hello@humansintheloop.in.
We are completing our business registration. Full legal entity details, registered address and GSTIN will be published on this page as soon as they are issued. Until then hello@humansintheloop.in is the address of record for every notice, question, refund request and grievance, and we answer from it within 3 working days.
1. What we sell
We sell learning capsules: self-contained lessons on applied AI, priced from ₹20 to ₹999 in INR (₹). Each purchase gives you:
- a PDF booklet, personalised to the profession and language you select at checkout, emailed to you;
- a private claim link to read the same material online and re-download the PDF;
- a graded end-of-capsule quiz, and a completion certificate if you pass it.
Capsule content is drawn from our published curriculum. Buying a capsule is not enrolment in a mentor-led cohort, and does not include mentor review, live classes, or the Agent Studio.
2. Your certificate
A capsule certificate records that you passed an automated quiz. It is deliberately distinct from our mentor-reviewed cohort credential, is labelled as such on its face, and states that it is not mentor-reviewed. Anyone can check a certificate's validity at app.humansintheloop.in/verify-capsule. We may revoke a certificate obtained by fraud or by circumventing the quiz.
3. What you may and may not do with the material
Your purchase buys you a personal, non-transferable licence to read, download, print and use the material for your own learning and your own work — including at your job.
You may not republish it, resell it, upload it to a content or "study notes" site, or use it to run a competing course. Every booklet is individually watermarked and carries an edition serial tied to your order, so a leaked copy identifies the account it came from.
You keep ownership of anything you write yourself while working through a capsule.
4. Payment
Prices are shown in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — they go directly to Razorpay. We store only your email, your name if you give it, the profession and language you chose, and the record of what you bought.
Access codes issued by us unlock a capsule at no charge. They are single-use unless stated, non-transferable, and carry no cash value.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Because delivery is instant, refunds follow a short and specific rule — see our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. What we promise, and what we don't
We work hard to keep the material accurate and the service available, and we will fix errors when you tell us about them. But we sell educational material, not outcomes: we do not promise a job, a salary, a certification recognised by any particular employer or regulator, or any specific result from applying what you learn.
Our material covers security, privacy and compliance topics for educational purposes. It is not legal, medical, or financial advice. Decisions about your own organisation's compliance remain yours, and you should take professional advice on them.
7. If something goes wrong
If we are at fault, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the capsule concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform, and don't use it to harass anyone or to break the law. We may suspend access that does. If we suspend access for a reason that turns out not to be your fault, we refund you in full.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published when you bought — we keep the effective date at the foot of this page, and a material change will not be applied to an order you already placed.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala, India have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please email hello@humansintheloop.in — nearly everything is resolved that way, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.
These terms are written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email hello@humansintheloop.in and we will explain it before you buy.
